Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), take physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Grape and Rice, Van Spaenstraat 5, 1181 DV Amstelveen, Netherlands, kazumi@grapeandrice.eu) of your decision by a clear statement. You can use the withdrawal button in the footer of our website, the withdrawal form, or send us an email. To meet the deadline, it is enough to send your communication before the 14-day period has expired.

Condition of the goods

Only unopened bottles are eligible for return and refund. Because sake and wine are consumable products whose value cannot be restored once opened, bottles that have been opened cannot be returned or refunded.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard outbound delivery (the cost of delivering the goods to you). If you chose a delivery option more expensive than our standard delivery, we will not reimburse the extra cost.

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, and we will not charge you any fee for the reimbursement. When the refund reaches your account depends on your card issuer or bank.

Return shipping costs

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods, even if your original order qualified for free shipping.

We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have provided evidence that you have sent them back, whichever comes first.
